It embraces deep reflection on and analysis of expectations, context, processes, and outcomes that result in new and useful knowledge. This is especially true in long-term efforts to improve public systems, work that engages many of our clients. Throughout any evaluation, and regardless of the specific techniques that we employ, we work closely with our clients to build capacity that will enable them to conduct and apply ongoing assessments long after their formal engagement with Kronley & Associates ends.
